Time To Meet

TimeToMeet aims to help two or more people arrange a meeting with a minimum of fuss. Here’s how it works: You create a new meeting, “paint” your available times into a calendar, then send the invitation to others. (Alas, you can’t import e-mail addresses for easier inviting.) Recipients click the embedded link (they don’t even have to register) and paint their own times into the calendar. TimeToMeet finds the overlaps and lets you confirm a final time. Registration is free; a paid account entitles you to Google/iCal/Outlook calendar synchronization and a TimeToMeet “secretary” (a personal URL others can use to schedule appointments with you). I have to say, this is one of the slicker, easier meeting schedulers I’ve tried. Found a better one?

Well in case you use Outlook, and you already have Google Accounts, then you can use SyncMyCal to do something similar for free. Check it out at http://www.syncmycal.com. Do see the “How It Works” page to see the various syncing scenarios it supports.
Cheers.
