The Curtoons Cartoon Company, a cartoon division and brand of Shaggy Duck™ Studios, is owned by professional cartoonist and logo designer Curtis D. Tucker (below), who has been rolling out funny cartoon characters since 1980 when he created Joe Vacation’s Family Album in Mrs. Trojan’s homeroom class.

Mr. Tucker a.k.a. Shaggy D has a Bachelors degree in Graphic Advertising Design from the University of Central Oklahoma. He began his career in the t-shirt business as a silk screen printer and eventually became the Director of Advertising for a large company in Enid, Oklahoma.

All the while, Curtis continued to create cartoon characters for clients in the evenings and built up a large customer base. He eventually quit his director’s position to devote full time to Shaggy Duck™ Studios and it’s many brands.

The first brand created was The Curtoons Cartoon Company. Curtoons went online in May 1999 and has become the premier cartoon logo design company on the Internet, creating logos for clients in almost every major country in the world.

I recently bought one of their designs and it is sent in many handy formats plus Curtis is a pleasure to do business with. A very hands on, personal experience. Thank you Curtis.
