Sit down and do nothing.
When was the last time you were truly silent and completely ‘with yourself’ and your surrounds? Are you able to sit still for longer than 30 minutes without feeling driven to get up and attend to something that comes to view, or that occurs as a job that ‘must be done now’. Practise sitting still and being still for 30 minutes, for several days in a row, this week. If you think you can’t, all the more reason for you to get the hang of this!
