Listen to your hunches and intuition.

When I look back, at pivotal turning points in my life, I notice the number of times I’d not listened to my inner voice, and instead, took action based on a well-meaning advice from friends. In retrospect, and with 20/20 hindsight, I see it may have served me better to stick with my initial ‘gut instinct’.
In the words of Kim Basinger, “I feel there are two people inside me – me and my intuition. If I go against her, she’ll screw me every time, and if I follow her, we get along quite nicely.”
