Life is really very simple (I didn’t say “easy”, I said simple!)
Today, we have a blank canvas, as we do any other day. We get to start anything and everything anew, moment by moment.
I also had a blank canvas, when it came to what I wanted to share with you in this blog post.
So, I simply hung out with the the idea of what I might share which might make a profound difference to your week and to your year.
The following three videos came to light, and I knew immediately that these were what I needed to share.
Embracing the heartfelt messages that you’ll hear in these videos, will open a whole new reality for your life.
Your Thoughts Create Your Future by Louise L. Hay
If you want change, you have to make a choice.
I recommend watching these videos once every day, until the “penny drops”, that their message truly “lands”.
Definitely listen to these two messages every single day until… you have truly taken aboard powerful new habits in your days, which came to mind during the viewing of both videos.
“When we try to change our behavior, we strategize about our motivation and self-control. But what we should be thinking about instead is how to create new habits.
Habits persist even when we are tired and don’t have the energy to exert self-control”, says Wendy Wood, professor of Psychology and Business at the University of Southern California.

Choice: a talk by Prem Rawat from Words Of Peace
We’re all on our unique journeys through life.
Take those two video messages, above, for adding wings to yours!
I’ll be joining you in the exercise of watching them daily, which is why I posted them both in this blog post.
I’m no “doyen” or any more special than any other person who walks our globe.
However, the one thing I can say to you is…
I know the messages in these two videos to have been a thousand percent true for me.
When you feel ready for a bonus lesson…
In this video, you are going to change the way you think about goal setting.
You are going to be presented with the 3 most important questions to ask yourself.
3 Most Important Questions by Vishen Lakhiani
If everyone asked themselves these questions at the age of 18, Vishen Lakhiani believes the world would be a much happier place.
No matter how old you are, it’s not too late.
The exercise, in the video above, will change the way you plan your life and see your goals.
It’ll change the way you see your career, mission, and life purpose unfolding.
The intro to the exercise takes no more than 5 minutes, and the exercise itself takes 7 minutes.
This could be one of the most important 12 minutes of your life.
If any part of the post or videos above, made a difference to you and presented an “aha moment” for you, then please share it with a friend who you think might also enjoy the messages.
