Practise meditation, even if you’ve never done so before.

Whether you’re new or experienced in meditation, you can expect this to work first time. After a 5 minute breathing exercise, you will follow a story where you imagine relaxing on a hammock in your own Secret Garden. During this story you will achieve a meditative state, where you have an opportunity to contemplate a personal issue of your choosing. Total running time 21 minutes.
