When you are so satisfied with where you are and so comfortable in your own skin, that external events will not affect you to such an extent that you ‘react’. Sometimes, you’ll find me recommending or presenting the same product(s) more than one time.

When repeating a training or using a tool that I’ve used or come across before, often I’ll “see” something brand new or have a fresh insight/perspective, that I might not have picked up on earlier. In that moment, perhaps I am finally “ready” to REALLY hear and receive its message or lesson.

It is not unlike seeing a movie for the second time and realizing that I’d not remembered seeing a particular scene, from the first viewing. As Nelson Mandela once said…

When you see something that has already been presented to you once before, then I invite you to revisit it anyhow.

Give up any judgement about whether it is “good” or “bad”. It JUST IS and you are alive, so you’re in luck. You get to choose, again!
